  • Carrot juice: helps to lighten the skin because it has a high content of vitamin A and is an antioxidant. Take a carrot, peel it and then cut it with the grater, take the grated carrot and squeeze it into a container. With a piece of cotton, take some of the previously strained juice, and spread it around where you have the spots. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
